Using Our Site
You can browse our site without creating an account. To place an order, you will need to provide your shipping and payment information. You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break, hack, or abuse the site in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. If someone else accesses your account because your password was compromised, that is on you. Pick a strong password and do not share it.

Orders and Pricing
All prices on our site are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which gets calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can accept or decline it. If there is a pricing error, a product is out of stock, or we suspect fraud, we may cancel your order and refund your payment. We will let you know if that happens.
We do our best to keep product descriptions and photos accurate, but we cannot guarantee that colors on screen will match exactly what arrives. Monitors vary.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full credit card number.
Your payment is charged when your order is placed. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will get a full refund.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). Delivery timeframes on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Things like weather, carrier delays, and holidays can affect delivery.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. From that point, the package is in the carrier's hands. If something goes wrong with delivery, contact us and we will help sort it out.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.

Intellectual Property
Everything on this site - the design, text, photos, graphics, logos, and code - belongs to Luxzoe Global LLC or our content partners. You cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.
You are welcome to share links to our site or products. Just do not pass off our content as your own.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep the site running smoothly and to deliver quality products. But we are a small business, and things can go wrong. To the extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that order
- We provide the site "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what is required by law
