Browse our shop, add what you want to your cart, and head to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You will get a confirmation email once your order goes through.
Email us at contact@luxzoe.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We move fast on fulfillment, so once it ships, we cannot make changes. You can still return it after delivery if needed.
You will get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account and check the order status there. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping
Free on orders over $150. For orders under $50, shipping is $7.95. Orders between $50 and $149.99 ship for $5.95.
Processing takes 1-2 business days. After that, delivery is 3-7 business days depending on where you are in the US. You will get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Not yet. Right now we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We are looking into international shipping, but do not have a timeline for it.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. It needs to be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Some items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Email contact@luxzoe.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label with instructions. Ship it back, and we will process your refund once we receive the item.
Within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
Products
Yes. We source directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. Everything we sell is genuine. If you ever receive something that does not match the product description, let us know and we will make it right.
