Processing and Delivery
Processing Time
1-2 business days after your order is placed. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Delivery Time
3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location within the US.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods (like the holidays) can push things back. We will always send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are looking into it, but nothing to announce yet.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you created an account, you can also check your order status by logging in.
If your tracking number is not showing updates, give it 24 hours. Carriers sometimes take a bit to scan packages into their system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors and any safe spots around your door. If it still does not turn up, email us at contact@luxzoe.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos of the packaging and the item. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November through early January), orders may take longer to process and deliver. If you are ordering a gift, we recommend placing your order at least 10 business days before you need it.
