Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or any other signs of use
We inspect every return. If an item comes back in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we will ship it back to you at your expense.
How to Start a Return
Email Us
Send an email to contact@luxzoe.com with your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
Get Your Label
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on where to drop off the package.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off. We will email you once we receive it.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, return the original and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you actually want, since we process returns and new orders separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
- Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, that is on us. Email contact@luxzoe.com with photos of what you received and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to pay for return shipping in these cases.
